Stages of obtaining Romanian citizenship for ethnic Turks

Initial consultation

During the initial consultation, the immigration specialist reviews your situation and selects the best way to obtain Romanian citizenship.

Preparation of the dossier

The company’s lawyers collect the required documents, request duplicates of lost certificates if necessary, and compile the dossier.

Visit to the Ministry of Justice

Together with the Two Citizenship lawyer, you submit the dossier to the government agency, after which you are given the registration number of your case — Dosar.

Issuance of the order

As soon as your surname appears in the order, the immigration specialist schedules you for the oath procedure. You attend the ceremony and recite a short text.

Obtaining internal documents
